Delete your Kluki account

In the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Sign in again (a security check).
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email ben@alpercengiz.com from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my Kluki account”. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days at the latest and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account (email address, sign-in), all child profiles and summaries, coaching sessions and homework checks, exam plans, quizzes and results, calendar entries, archive entries, weekly reports, usage statistics, your plan, your AI consent record, reports and feedback. When you delete in the app, it also removes the photo copies stored on your phone; uninstalling the app removes them too.

What is kept

Technical usage records without any link to you (for cost statistics) and, where the law requires it, purchase records for the legal retention period. Backups are overwritten within a short time.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Deleting only some data

You can delete individual children, exams, quizzes, calendar and archive entries inside the app without deleting your account. You can also ask us by email to delete specific data.
